QVscribe cannot activate the license key due to blocked access to either Port 80 or Port 8080.
After installing QVscribe, license key validation fails with a message that indicates the server could not be reached.
The user's network is not configured to allow data to be sent to the QVS License server over port 8080.
QVscribe requires access to either Port 80 or Port 8080 to send license key and login information. If these ports are unavailable communication with the license server can not be established and QVscribe cannot start. These ports may be blocked due to IT restrictions and may require assistance from IT department to open.
Configure your network to allow QVscribe to access Port 8080 or Port 80.
