The first step towards analysis is to tell QVscribe what section of the document should be completely ignored from the requirements detection and analysis processes. These are sections such as introductions, table of contents, etc., that do not contain requirements and that by explicitly excluding in the onset makes the analysis process faster and smoother.
To exclude a section, first select it entirely and then click Exclude in the Exclusions tab of the main QVscribe screen. As you exclude sections of the document, you will see a list of these sections in the Exclusions tab (see image below). Clicking on any item of the list will take you to that section. To remove an exclusion mark and make it available again for requirements detection and analysis simply click on the desired section in the Exclusions tab and then click Remove.
