An internal error when installing, loading or initiating the analysis of the QVscribe plugin due to the background QVscribe service not starting.
The error may show when attempting to install the plugin, or after installation as it is loading or when the analysis is initiated. An error message screen shows:
QVscribe installs and runs a background service (a daemon) for analysis. Sometimes this background service fails to start or shuts down due to other services or systems configuration. This may be due to the QVscribe service requiring installation under administrator privileges.
Ensure you have administrator privileges when installing QVscribe for the service to initialize correctly. If the installation is successful but the error occurs during loading or operation of QVscribe, you will need to restart your computer for all services to reinitialize. This should resolve the issue.
If the solution above does not work...
You may need to engage your IT Department to install QVscribe and to ensure the proper permissions are in place. You should not require further assistance from your IT department to use the plugin after installation.
